Planning and carrying out assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently;
Documenting observations;
Reporting the audit results;
Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of the audit;
Retaining and safeguarding documents pertaining to the audit:
Submitting such documents to Manager before the end of the audit,
Ensuring that such documents remain confidential,
Treating privileged information with discretion;
Adhering to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
Job Requirement
Prefer male.
At least 2 years of experience in social compliance audit or factory root cause and management system audit, training development experience;
University in Chemistry or Environment and Law, Technical field...;
Prefer local male candidate has certificate in one or more of the following schemes: BSCI, SA 8000, ICTI, WRAP, IRCA....... or proof of successful completion of other social auditing training;
Experience in working in production environments and with brands, conducting compliance audit in factories/suppliers, especially in the apparel industry;
Good language ability: good spoken and written in English;
Good communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, solutions at executive level;
Ability to travel domestic frequently based on the set of factories allocated to the position;
