The Y4A B2B Automation Process & analysis Leader is responsible for leading the whole process of developing tools, and applications to maximize the effectiveness of the internal B2B team. This role focuses on standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and enabling scalable growth for B2B team.
Key Responsibilities
Process Conduction within B2B team
Standardization: Develop and implement standardized processes and policies for managing platform operations to reduce reliance on individual capacity and informal communication
Automation: Identify areas for automation and work with the tech team to implement systems that streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and speed up workflows
Tool and Application Development Coordination
Tech Coordination:
Work closely with the internal B2B team to fully understand the works, challenges, & constraints
Collaborate with the tech team to build tools and applications that support the Amazon Strategic Operations Management team.
Scalability: Ensure that developed tools and processes are in place and can scale effectively as the company expands and opens multiple office locations.
Efficiency Optimization
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of implemented processes and tools.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Amazon Strategic Operations Management team and other departments to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process and tool development.
Analysis purchasing pattern and business performance
Managing and analyzing platform purchasing patterns, pricing in strategies vs inventory levels. This includes understanding purchasing behavior, optimizing pricing, and ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet demand
Collaborate with the Data and Digital team to process/data flow mapping, developing B2B business requirements, creating test plans, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of new business solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
1+years of experience in any project of process improvement and technology implementation.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Familiar with process mapping and automation tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
