Các trách nhiệm chính / Main responsibilities
- Perform tasks relating to Payroll, PIT, and Compulsory Insurance for all employees.
- Manage Health Care / Accident Insurance: contract, payment, support for staff claim & monthly update to broker (if any)
- Maintain employee database and keep tracks on any changes in employees’ particulars: contract, on/off boarding, etc
- Prepare and submit ad-hoc reports to authority (if any)
- Be a contact person between company and regional team when necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by GD/P&C HOD (if any)
Yêu cầu trình độ, kỹ năng / Qualification and skills:
- University Degree
- Strong communication skill & Excellent at MS Office applications
- Thorough understanding of Vietnamese Labor Laws, Social Insurance Law, PIT
- Highly self-disciplined, good sense of responsibilities
- Good English skills
