Job Description

- Provide & support techniques for all relevant departments as methods for design, airflow analysis, heat load, sound level, equipment select, and specification products, another branch refrigeration system.
- Assist sales staffs to answers enquires with regard technics or another product.
- Support to contractors handle the problems after installation or another product.
- Visit on site with sales staff to support they solve all problems of customers.
- Assign service engineer to monitor installed work of contractor at site in order to avoid mistaken installation progress.
- Maintains staff by selecting, and training employees, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Protects operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training course then transfer them to sale department.
- Update Vietnamese regulation of product.
- To join technique task team, support another department.
- Translation & checking technical materials in English to Vietnamese.
- Control for spare part stocking, inventory monthly.
- Hold service training course for dealer and end user.
- Control and manage all activities relate with service department.
