The Branch Director oversees all operations, business activities, and performance of the branch, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the branch’s business strategy in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
Identify growth opportunities within the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with headquarters and other branches to ensure consistency and efficiency.
2. Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Ensure the branch operates efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Financial Oversight:
Manage the branch's P&L (profit and loss), ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.
Optimize operational costs and improve profitability without compromising service quality.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for employees.
Set performance goals for the team and conduct regular performance reviews.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and reliable services.

Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or relevant fields. MBA is preferable
Knowledge of international warehouse, transportation, warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Proven work experience as a warehouse manager (DC, CFS, BW…)
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Speak and writing fluently in English and Vietnamese.
Budget control
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
