Book transportation for stock consolidation/replenishment and follow up to make sure schedule is on track
Handle paying document for imported products
Handle document and work with logistics team to return defects to principle
Apply promotion license for brand’s activities
Handle Administrative requests for brand (cash is advance, purchase order, requisition, contracts, stationery order, scotch tape, carton box,…) and follow up until approved + ensure sufficient stocks

Job Requirement
At least 1 year experienced (prioritize candidates who have experiences in fashion retail or cosmetic)
College/university graduation
Good at Microsoft Office, Excel excellence
Integrity, honesty, carefulness
Hard working and open to learn
