As a Junior Brand Ambassador, you will be an integral part of our marketing and sales efforts, helping to build brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, sociable, and eager to learn about marketing and brand promotion in the beverage industry.
[ Key Responsibilities: ]
1. Event Participation:
· Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and tastings, advocacy activities.
· Actively participate in trade shows, festivals, and other marketing events.
2. Brand Promotion:
· Promote LGI products through engaging storytelling and product demonstrations/ advocacy activities.
· Distribute marketing materials and samples to potential customers.
3. Customer Interaction:
· Engage with customers to communicate brand messages and gather feedback.
· Address customer queries and provide information about LGI products.
4. Social Media Engagement:
· Contribute to LGI’s social media presence by creating content and engaging with followers.
· Share event experiences and product information on social platforms.
5. Reporting:
· Provide feedback and reports on customer interactions and event experiences.
· Assist in analyzing promotional campaign effectiveness.
[ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ]
1. Event Attendance and Participation:
· Number of events/ advocacy activities participated in/ held and level of engagement achieved.
· Positive feedback from event attendees and staff.
2. Brand Engagement:
· Increase in social media engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
· Growth in customer database and mailing list sign-ups.
3. Customer Feedback:
· Positive customer feedback and interactions.
· Volume of customer queries resolved and information provided.
4. Team Collaboration:
· Effective collaboration and communication with the marketing team.
· Constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
5. Learning and Development:
· Demonstrated growth in product knowledge and marketing skills.
· Proactive participation in training and development activities.
Job Requirement
o High school diploma; further education in Marketing, Business, or related field is beneficial.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Passion for the beverage or alcohol industry.
o Basic understanding of marketing principles.
o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
