The position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned ETC pharmaceutical brands, ensuring alignment with UIP's overall business objectives. This role involves strategic brand management, market analysis, sales collaboration, promotional planning, and stakeholder engagement to drive product performance in the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Manage product lifecycle, including market positioning, demand forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing plans.
Partner with sales teams to provide product training, sales tools, and marketing support to drive performance in hospitals and clinics.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance market penetration.
Support pricing and tender strategies in collaboration with the commercial team.
Develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and educational content to enhance brand visibility among healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Engage with key stakeholders, including KOLs, hospitals, and industry associations, to strengthen product positioning.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, product launches, and scientific events.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to pharmaceutical regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with regulatory teams to manage product registrations and promotional approvals.
Job Requirement
Professional Background
University graduate, Pharmacist background. An MBA or further studies in Marketing/Business is a plus.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in product management, marketing, and sales within the ETC segment.
Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
Competency Requirements

Ability to work independently as an individual performer, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
