Brand Manager (China Brand)

  We're seeking a passionate Brand Manager to lead the charge in crafting and amplifying our brand story. You'll be a strategic thinker with a finger on the pulse of the garment industry, analyzing trends and customer desires to fuel innovative product concepts and captivating marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
• Develop new product ideas, pricing strategies, and launch campaigns that generate excitement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Oversee merchandising strategies and keep a keen eye on competitor activity.
• Manage budgets and maximize the impact of every marketing dollar spent.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Lead the development and execution of initiatives to boost brand profitability.
• Build strong relationships with key partners for seamless brand execution.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, garment, foreign trade, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of combined experience in brand management, marketing, and the garment industry.
3. Deep understanding of the garment market, customer trends, and merchandising processes.
4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
6. Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese, with English proficiency a strong advantage.
