ROLES:
- This is a critical role to reinforce brand consistency from strategic planning to execution.
- This role is also responsible for the leadership and management of all retail stores, for business development and for the overall profitability and all aspects of the day to day operation of the store including supervision of staff; management of administrative functions; growing revenue; driving standards of excellence; security of inventory and resources; customers service and satisfaction; merchandising and promotion; and stock maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop & implement Brand Plan, Sales & Marketing strategies for multi-brand store concept in the Vietnam market:
· Provide relevant insights through research with full stack of consumer insights and market intelligence (price range, assortment, client behaviors, trends and market preference) to support Group Brands Director to develop a strong and winning multi-brand concept in luxury segmentation.
· Be in charge of a complete process of brand building and execution from planning, project management and MKT execution.
Maximize sell-through of all the brands within multi-brand stores in the Vietnam market:
· Collaborate closely with Product/Merchandising and Retail team to ensure right product assortment to buy from relevant brands.
· Regularly collect feedbacks from Retail team and clients through field surveys to enhance the performance of each brand within Brands portfolio (by category, by sub-cat, by product line and by price range).
Maximize sales and profit in the Vietnam market:
· Develop a joint-business plan and strategy with Brands. Review sales performance with Brands regularly and identify opportunities with concrete action plans.
· Review and enhance merchandise stock levels and assortments with regional merchandising team.
· Monitor order shipments and arrivals to ensure stores are always having a healthy level of stock.
· Partner with function teams to introduce new products, prepare relevant orders, and support new launches in market, as well as request from the store based on customer needs.
· Provide weekly reports and analysis to Group Brand Director, including the results of activities and events.
· Adapt and optimize Marketing budget to maximize its application thru the local market (with Brands’ approval).
· Be the eyes of the Brands in the Market, highlighting any opportunities, changes that needs to be taking in account.
· Implement best practices of CRM with the team.
· Develop new customer where there is potential.
Reinforce brand consistency:
· Ensure brand consistency in all aspects of retail excellence (CVM, customer service, merchandising, after-sales service etc.).
· Reinforce luxury customer cultivation culture and practices adapted to Market.
· Regular field visit to understand the business, highlight risks (if any) and develop immediate action plans in collaboration with the Group Brand Director.
· Ensure that Brands’ guidelines and luxury standards in presentation are met.
Nurture Relationship:
· Act as the contact window with the Group Brand Director from the brands and the key Brand representative in the market. Build and nurture strong working relationships with Head of Functions from the Brand principles of multi-brands to establish synergy and best practices within the Vietnam market.
· Build relationship with local partners (Press, Media, KOL, Competitors, Agencies, Landlords) for becoming the reference in the market.
· Build relationship with the Retail teams (in currently 02 stores in Hanoi & HCM cities) to understand and read correctly the needs from the field.
Follow-Up:
· Have periodic meetings/communications with Store Managers/Assistant Store Managers/Store Supervisors and review feedbacks.
· Work closely with logistics for all shipments including documentation, etc.
· Filing of all relevant documents and to communicate properly.
· Support retail sales staff to clear up all queries from customers on quality, service and products.
· Follow up on defective goods claims with the brand principals and obtain credit notes.
· Ensure supervisors report any defective goods in new shipment within 1 month of receipt of cargo.
