Job Description

  • Develop marketing plans and annual operating plans (AOPs) for assigned product categories and brands.
  • Define key objectives, brand/product positioning (both existing and new) and identify new business opportunities through brand extensions or growth of existing brands. Plans should align with short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing goals, focusing on volume, revenue, and market share growth.
  • Implement marketing plans for assigned brands by collaborating with various departments within the company and external partners. Ensure successful delivery of volume, market share, and profit targets while focusing on enhancing brand equity.
  • Continuously develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, analyze, and improve marketing strategies for assigned brands. This includes managing 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion), marketing 360 strategy, and marketing budgets (including market research) for both existing and new products. The objective is to increase market share, brand equity, and sales volume while optimizing costs and adhering to approved Direct Marketing Expense (DMEC) to Net Sales ratios to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for assigned brands to effectively reach target consumers. This involves creating impactful and memorable advertising campaigns that highlight brand benefits and drive purchase intent, increasing sales.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with deep experience in the 4Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
  • Proven experience managing projects with budgets of at least VND 80 billion. Experience in competitive brand environments, particularly in the soymilk industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on achieving volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze market data and reports to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to generate impactful advertising ideas.
  • Proficiency in office software and marketing management tools.
  • Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Familiarity with brand positioning and development strategies.
