Job Description

Our client is a securities company based in Vietnam. This company offer a range of financial services including brokerage, investment advisory, and asset management services to their clients. They facilitate trading in various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, and other securities on behalf of investors.
Currently, they are seeking Vietnamese talent for the position of Brokerage Manager:

  • Managing and overseeing the operations of the Business Unit, including the following departments: Brokerage Department, Corporate Financial Advisory Department, Investment Department.
  • Participating in the company's strategic planning process.
  • Building and managing personnel in line with the company's development direction.
  • Developing, analyzing, and evaluating business plans and effectiveness, and proposing revenue enhancement programs to ensure meeting KPI targets as per the plan.
  • Surveying, analyzing, and timely grasping information on competitors and the market to propose appropriate business strategies for the company in each period.
  • Collecting, analyzing customer feedback and needs to propose suitable products and recommendations.
  • Implementing risk management functions in accordance with laws and the company's risk management regulations.
  • Directing the establishment of regulations and guidelines for the business unit's operations.
  • Advising and developing procedures, regulations, and forms to serve the company's operations.
  • Performing other assigned tasks by the CEO, Board of Directors.

Job Requirement

  • Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Domestic and International Business Administration, Finance/Banking, or Commercial Economics.
  • Securities practice certificate.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in an equivalent position in the financial sector.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets.
  • Management, leadership, teamwork, strategic planning skills.
  • Analytical skills, report writing, risk analysis, and evaluation.
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
