As a Business Development Manager for the Coffee Shop & Tea Shop Channels at Ly Gia Vien, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in this vibrant sector. Your role will involve leveraging our extensive range of products, including espresso machines, grinders, brewing tools, and gourmet ingredients from brands like Rocket Espresso, Mazzer, Hario, and Torani, to drive growth and establish strong industry relationships.

Channel Development and Sales Growth:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the coffee shop and tea shop channels.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, including cafe owners, tea shop proprietors, and equipment suppliers.
• Network actively to enhance Ly Gia Vien's brand visibility and market penetration.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our coffee and tea-related products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
• Organize and participate in product demonstrations and trade shows.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to channel management.
• Provide feedback from the field to aid in product development and marketing strategies.

- Proven experience in the coffee shop and tea shop, ideally in the premium or B2B segment.

- Deep understanding of the coffee and tea market dynamics and consumer preferences.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successfully expanding business channels.

- Good English ability. Fluent in Vietnamese language.
