Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Develop and maintain business activities

- Search and approach customers directly by Market Research, Identify Customer Segments, Utilize Online Platforms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Networking, Cold Outreach, Advertising, Referrals and Testimonials,...

- Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop sales policies, programs of introduction service product and customer care.

- Make monthly, quarterly and annual business development plans.

- Implement and monitor business plans, ensuring the proposed plans are met.

- Participate in business activities (Austcham, Amcham,...) PR and promotion to develop business opportunities and company brand in the community

- Deploy search and connect new quality customer sources to exploit needs, advise and persuade customers to use service products.

- The Business Development Department is responsible for promoting business activities, so it is the focal point to understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.

2. Manage service provision contracts

- Set up service product purchase contract templates

- Negotiate, evaluate and arrange to sign business contracts with BOD and customers.

- Monitor deadlines for renewal or liquidation of contracts and/or addendums.

- Store, preserve and secure service contract information according to regulations.

3. Deploy the project after the customer signs the service contract

- Transfer related information to departments performing service operations according to the contract.

- Monitor preparation and implementation progress of relevant departments to coordinate and unify arising regulations.

4. Manage sales department activities:

- Responsible for determining and managing work goals, assigning and coordinating staff to ensure the Company's marketing activities reach the set schedule with optimal efficiency.

5. Report results and results of business activities to the BOD on a monthly and summarize business activities annually. In case a problem is discovered, it is necessary to quickly notify the BOD for timely resolution.

6. Perform other tasks as requested by the BOD.

• To drive business to the Company’s service production including event catering, office service, canteen catering service and Bite Fresh.
• Responsible for the planning, execution of activities, formulate business growth plans and ideas to generate new clients, new business.
• We want to emphasis this role is a “hunting” role – it means we need to hunt/knock on doors and look for clients and opportunities. It’s a role that will need to be 60/70% outside the office searching for new opportunities and business.
• Majored education level: graduate from university
• Working Experience: Experience in development customers
• Lanaguage Skills: English IELTS from 5.0 with good verbal skills

• Computer Skills: Email, word, excel, powerponit, photoshop…
• Skills: data analysis, creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, planning
• Abilities: understand customer needs, understand the sales process, lead, team work, adapt well, have knowledge of technology, always be willing to learn, have good communication and a sense of responsibility and can withstand pressure high at work.
