Check and supervise the timekeeping and the implementation of the labor regulations on the working hours of all employees.
Calculate salary, bonuses, and allowances and solve related issues for all employees.
Organize store, arrange, update, and maintain salary records, promotion records, salary increase proposals, salary reduction discipline, resignation records, and other related documents to the company's salary.
Monitor, and update the data on the increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Manage and inspect leave, compensation, and other regimes according to the company's rules and regulations.
Report salary expenses to the Head Department monthly and irregularly when required.
Report labor & insurance to government & resolve issues concern about labor relations.
Register & resolve issues and concerns about PIT code, dependents & finalization of PIT.
Update policies & regulations to suitable for Labor code & internal regulation.
Job Requirement
University / college graduate in Laws/ Human Resources Management/ Business Administration.
1-2 years of experience in human resource field, especially C&B.
Have in-depth understanding of labor law, social insurance law and related legal documents.
Good English communication skills + Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power point.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
