Payroll - Expat:
- Prepare a salary payment list for foreigners and send it to the accountant for payment
- Delivered monthly pay slips
Payroll:
- Formulate monthly payroll and other compensation to ensure timely and accurate remittance for all employees
- Checking time off, timesheet, entry data for payroll monthly
- Input data on Accounting’s AX system
HR system: Follow up on Issues/Defect logs relating to compensation and benefits.
Personal Income Tax (Expat):
- Collaborate with the consultant company to ensure the correct and on-time for PIT declaration and finalization.
- Register Tax code & dependent
Communication and Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll matters.
Other Tasks:
- Implement the report for the state per legal regulations and the manager's request
- Estimate the budget per year in the scope of responsibility
- Update the government policies; new laws belong to the function of HR
- Other duties as assigned by the manage
- At least 03 years working with the familiar responsibility
- Deep knowledge of Labor code, Insurance, PIT and Law regulations
- Good skills relating to calculating payroll, PIT, Insurance….
- Be able to work under high-pressure
- Good written and communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
