Proactively collaborate with HR Operation Team and Recruitment team to receive the new hire, salary change
Resignation data for process filing payroll data accordingly
Take lead and proactively interact with Payroll Outsource, Outsourcing Agencies to complete Payroll Process.
Manage PIT and PIT Finalization in accordance with RSC Policies and labor Laws.
2. Manage payroll administration
Lead the day-to-day operations of the payroll, ensuring the processes are running effectively
Perform payroll processing activities, including compute wage and overtime payments, calculate and process resignation payment
Review, audit, reconcile and correct / update payroll prior to transmission to ensure proper pay calculations, tax calculations…
Maintaining related records and reports and prepare ad hoc reports for management; in response to audit and in support of day-to-day requests
Maintains payroll information, calculation and checking data in system.
Manage vendors to ensure the payroll inputs processed timely & correctly
Ensure timely upload of bank files & payment
Manage / control all processes of mandatory insurance & PIT as regulations
Keep maintaining and updating knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including the Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Trade Union, Tax laws and regulations
Support to manage the production of HR reports on a regular basis by collecting, preparing, and analyzing data from different sources ly and accurately.
