MVI is looking for a Call Center Officer that will be the liaison between our company and its current customers. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, utilizing company service for effectively solving customers inquiries and issues; keeping customer satisfaction at the phone communication
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Managing daily inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; considering and providing information
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Building sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Other assignment to enhance service quality or process improvement
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, Office applications, and phone systems
