• Lead, Coach and Animate a B2B Team. • Manage a Prospection team to source new suppliers (manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers…) in order to supply to a chain of stores in France. • Ensure the individual performance targets are reached. • Have the ability and solutions to promote and manage each employee to achieve monthly targets. • Assist your team members to develop their skills on an individual basis. • Keep control of the team activities, ensuring that all information is updated in the company’s information system. • Communicate regularly with the buyer team and their manager.
Job Requirement
• At least 2 years of experience in TEAM MANAGEMENT (Highly required). • Able to discover training needs and provide guiding members. • Good command of the English language. • Good communication skills and analytical mind. • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL, KPI system, ERP). • Dynamism, curiosity and resourcefulness. • Apply with CV in English.
