Job Description

1. Roles and responsibilities:

– Work in Seafoods products sourcing, market research, products development, benchmark market, as well as supporting sales team

– Report direct to Category Manager market situation, new market trends, new market competitors in order to develop new products and making more advantage for company.

– Advise which is in the stock storage, control and sales out issues

– Control forecasting of sales and help sales forecasts are met by making sure there are enough stocks.

– Research market’s need to widen more Skus

2. KPI to be achieved (Identify 3 to 8 KPI to be achieved & rank by importance)

– Work closed with all seafood’s suppliers

– Understand knowledge of exiting seafoods

– Control inventory’s status

– Follow sales out data, support to sales team to push sales

– Develop new 1-2 SKUs in 2024

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree

– English fluent

– Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, in procurement, purchasing, etc., at companies in the food industry or other related fields

– Team work, calm person

– Open and supportive, take responsibility, work hard
