Understanding the overall market picture especially in FMCG business, Marketing Strategy and Trading concepts.
Consistently monitoring & analyzing business performance, distribution channels, market situation and competitors to achieve business objective and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
Optimizing brand communication and activation that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share and customer target.
Develop new product launch plans and communications with principal.
Plan and manage product portfolio according to the product strategy and objectives.
Work closely with sales team to ensure the effectiveness of promotional plans and activities via product analysis and report.
Review product sales performance and implement business action to consistently improve sales.
Manage the Product Sales, Marketing Plan to achieve the company sales target.
Order planning product, Inventory management, Budget control and P/L analysis
Create and Manage Marketing Activity/ Promotion / Price structure.
Controlling and Implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective.
Job Requirement
Degree in Marketing, MBA, Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years in Product Management or related experience.
Have creative thinking, strong interpersonal skill and highly organized.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
Good at coordinating and communication.
Experience in FMCG in Foods or Canned Foods is a plus.
Ability to understand customer and market dynamics.
