Administration to Director:
- Ensure the Director’s personal needs related to work: paper work, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip…
- Check and ensure the logistics for daily works of the Director, and of the meetings and events related to the Director
Organization and contribution to content:
- Ensure the Director’s schedule planning by liaising with the Board of Directors members and the concerned people.
- Assist the Director in management and administration, including: data analysis, making reports based on the Director's request.
- Ensure to arrange the appointments and building a relationship with external partners of the company when required.
- Write speeches, letters, … and send messages of the Director. Ensure the translation is correct and meaningful.
- Contribute to building the meeting content if necessary.
- Assist the Director in part in monitoring and urging the departments to complete the work based on the planned timeframe.
Coordination with the Central Group:
- Ensure the meetings/calls and information sharing between the Central Group and the Business Unit
- Ensure the organization/welcoming and work planning upon requirement of the Director
Others:
- Check if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditure …
- Coordination with different Department when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Head Office and/or for work of the Director
- Inform the Director of news related to the business
