Job Description
I. JOB PURPOSES:
Support the Channel & Category Development Manager in establishing and operating Trade Support activities.
II. MAIN INTERACTIONS WITHIN & OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION
1. Internal:

- TT Sales Team

- Distributor
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Trade Program Operation
- Trade promotion operation:
- Set up sell in/ sell out trade promotion.
- Manage trade promotion register with industrial and commercial facilities & communication trade promotion plan to distributor.
- Track & monitor promotion execution.
- Align & consolidate the payment FOC for distributor.
- Work with finance control for booking accrual monthly basic.
- Work with sales (TDM/DR) to deploy trade promotion schemes & handle issue on DMS.
- Manage Promotion effectiveness via track & monitor promotion execution for good ROI.
- On-boarding for new sales comers to understand Trade promotion process.
2. Data & Report
- Manage data trade promotion On invoice & off invoice.
- Sales reporting related to Sell in/ sell out data (ASO/ revenue/ Repeated purchase…)
- Monitor and evaluate the NPD in 6 months of launching.
3. Other tasks
- Maintain records, documents (SOPs, Audit Forms, Reward Distribution Lists, WS documents, etc.).
- Track, consolidate progress of document receipt for each region/program.
- Tracking the allocation of TOT/POSM for each region (TOT: Tools of Trade for product display; POSM: Advertising materials such as posters, hanging flags, etc.)
- Issuing shipment requests for Sales/PA (PA: Distribution/Warehouse department: shipment issuance)
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any related fields..
Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant Trade channel marketing, brand marketing or field sales experience.
Honest, dedicated work style, attentive to details of each task
Good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel/Power BI/ PowerPoint.
Basic English skills
