Job Description


  • Manage accounting, HR, and administrative departments, improving skills of back-office staff.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Report financial activities to the BOD, including cash flow and revenue.
  • Prepare and manage company payments, invoicing, and accounting records.
  • Monitor fixed assets, inventory, AR, and AP.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients on PO, PR, VAT invoices, and payments.
  • Track and supervise purchasing and payments with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations for invoices and accounting documents.
  • Use Fast-accounting software to manage bookings.
  • Oversee tax reports and compliance with VAT, CIT, PIT, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors and address audit findings.
  • Prepare and submit required reports ly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and document filing.
  • Improve HR and admin structures for efficiency.
  • Revise documentation and processes in the accounting department.
  • Knowledgeable in insurance, HR, labor, and tax regulations.
  • Perform other required tasks.

    • Job Requirement


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a chief accountant & HR.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Good communication skills in English or Japanese.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.
  • Honest, self-motivated, careful, and highly responsible.
  • Familiar with current related regulations.
