- Ensure accurate and timely close and complete monthly, quarterly and annually financial statement
- Manage and control the day-to-day activities in Finance & Accounting Division
- Monitor and control all accounting policies and procedures to ensure internal control
- Prepare budget with the General Director and monitor, report on performance
- Manage and coordinate external audit and tax finalization
- Ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the document related to accounting.
- Deal with tax department and related governmental authorities.
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Maintain and supervise the accounting workbooks and databases
- Analyses financial information and advice to the General Director about opportunities and solutions to achieve a company’s goal
- Assist the General Director in the financial management
- Assist the General Director to operate and develop the finance & Accounting division
- Coach and monitor accounting staffs
- Establish and promote a good environment, cooperate work relationships with all other divisions.
- Other task assigned General Director.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report all activity in the related field to GD.
- Suggest manager provide the means, working condition to complete the task.
- Advise GD of proposal for improving the job.
- Assign, get information from staffs
- Permission to reject anything if not receive approval from General Director.
- Other powers authorized by GD in each case
1. Age: 32 and above
2. Degree: Bachelor and above
3. Major: Finance/Accounting/Banking, Economic and equivalent
4. Experience: 5 Years as Chef Accountant
5. Skill: communication, organization, flexibility to problem solving, leader ship, analytical
6. Related certificates: Chief Accountant Certificate, English, computer, etc.
7. Related knowledge: Economic law, Labor law, etc.
8. Experience in a related hospitality environment is preferable
9. Necessary pigments:
- Responsibility in work, independent, fast and complete good job undertaken
- Teamwork spirit, following and urge colleagues meet related job to finalize and submit report on time.
TIME & WORKING BENEFIT
- Working hours from 8h30 to 17h30 from Monday to Friday, 9h to 14h Saturday. Can work overtime depending on the mission arise
- Allow 12 AL days yearly from the date of Labor Agreement.
- Other benefits are specified in company policy.
