OBJECTIVE
- This position is responsible for ensuring of tax, procedures, payment & debit, cost, report effectively and compliance.
- Following the data of accounting to make sure accounting report is right way and make sure accounting data fulfilled.
- Providing general direction and supervision to the accounting team to run system well; Ensures accounting and finance function in the achievement of specific objectives set for the company and meet to the compliance.
- Ensure relevant department in meeting set key performance indicators for accounting.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Education
- Vietnamese with University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Chief Accountant Certification
- Professional accounting, finance & tax qualification
- Overall knowledge in manufacturing accounting
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and tax
- Working ethics
2. Experience
- Very details & carefully in job
- Best practices of accounting management
- Strong audit system and tax
- Minimum 5 years experienced Chief of Accountant
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry,
- Experience in building the material cost control system from Farm to Factory is preferred
- Solid background in professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of F/A
- Good experience in KPI for Accounting team
- Cost accounting & Industrial accounting
- Budgeting control
- Leadership skill and professional service
- Previous experience using accounting software such as SAP
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit
- To be willing to travel if necessary

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, sometime business to province
Working time: 8hrs (from Monday to Friday) and 4hrs (Saturday)
