Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be a visionary with a passion for growth, responsible for propelling the company to new heights in revenue and market share. This role encompasses full P&L oversight and demands operational excellence across sales, marketing, and business development.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute the commercial strategy for the organization, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across all business functions, including sales, marketing, and business development, with complete P&L responsibility.
  • Innovation: Lead initiatives in product and marketing innovation to enhance competitiveness.
  • Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration and build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Financial Planning: Oversee financial planning for projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness through strategic planning and management.
  • Regulatory Navigation: Navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance and adaptability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and communicate the company’s strategic direction in alignment with the executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the strategic vision to local teams, promoting a shared understanding and commitment to organizational goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence across sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
  • Implement robust operational processes to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee related teams, setting objectives and tracking performance metrics in line with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets while managing the commercial budget and providing revenue forecasts.
  • Lead and develop the commercial team with a strong emphasis on high performance and mutual respect.

Job Requirement

  • Proven experience in operations, including field sales management and back-office operations (financial, business support, logistics). Experience in the lending business is a plus.
  • Background in managing a tech-driven business with a fundamental understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Experience in a financially regulated environment, with knowledge of risk and compliance functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid to large-sized businesses and influencing senior management teams.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
