Strategic Leadership & Financial Stewardship
− Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and executive management team.
− Advise on long-term business strategy and develop comprehensive long-term financial plans.
− Plan and evaluate investment and procurement projects.
− Collaborate with investors to secure capital funding.
− Provide leadership, direction, and management for the finance and accounting division.
− Organize the finance and accounting division to ensure efficient completion of assigned functions and tasks.
− Facilitate employee training programs to enhance professional qualifications.
− Manage the preparation of all financial reports, including consolidated, separated, and management reports.
− Oversee production and construction costs.
− Develop and manage the annual financial plan and budget.
− Cultivate relationships with banks to secure capital for company operations.
− Oversee the financial aspects of business projects.
− Continuously improve the financial and accounting management system.
− Implement and optimize ERP systems to achieve management objectives.
− Develop and refine financial and accounting policies.
− Manage risk to ensure all business activities comply with company policies and procedures.
− Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.
− Graduated from university with majors in: Finance and Banking, Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration, etc
− At least 5 years of experience in the field of audit and internal control.
− Experience in the wholesale and retail distribution industry.
− Experience in setting up ERP systems, internal audit, finance and accounting systems.
− Experience in financial management for a group with many subsidiaries.
− Experience in independent audit.
− Experience in M&A.
