As part of an executive management team, CFO is responsible for Finance & Control, advise BODs on strategic planning and Finance & Control any potential risk matters, oversee the fulfillment of all related functions in line with business plan to ensure the company running in strong and healthy environment, maximine company effective and overall financial stability.
Leading Finance & Control teams, ensure the teams to fulfill their functions and responsible to BOD and to other stakeholders, likes timely & correct reporting, maintaining orderly transparent records, working with Tax officers, external auditors, etc.
Responsible for Control system, including involvement to all IT systems (ERP, POS, ECommerce, etc.), providing adequate and consistent policies/procedures to ensure good risk management, strictly compliance/ following on legal and accounting standards (Both IFRS and VAS), and adequate monitor for cost efficiency.
Representing BOD to review and work on high level matters that related to Finance: Cashflow projection and management (working with banks or parent company for cash resources, etc.)
Leading preparation for M&A projects; Long term business planning or budgeting, evaluating Appraisal on opening or closing a brand or a store.
Leading internal Compliance Audit team to make sure all company policies are maintenanced and implemented properly
Consulting & Involving to all areas of operations that relates to Finance & Control, including reviewing Profit/ Lost appraisal on new brand, new stores reviewing retail price/buying plan, evaluating proposals/programs about marketing or promotions, consulting on loyalty customer policy, staff incentive policies…
Training to all departments for related policy/ procedures, monitoring the compliance by staff.
Overseeing all the matters of the company, evaluating scenarios that may cause to financial or compliance impacts.

Job Requirement
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
CPA, ACCA, CFA is a strong advantage
Proven knowledge and minimum 5 years of experience CFO, finance controller or relevant role in retail, large scale or rapidly growing business
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law, IFRS and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and forecasting methods
Proficiency with SAP or ERP
Business ethics and integrity
Strategic planning, critical thinking, result-oriented and advanced problem-solving skills.
