As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and providing strategic direction for the development and implementation of our educational technology solutions. This is a senior leadership position that requires deep knowledge of the EdTech industry and a passion for leveraging technology to transform education.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage tech team of 30 staff (Dev, QC, Infra..).
- Setting up IT organization structure, procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process.
- Advise CEO/BOD for IT trends and IT upgrade, and plan to apply to company's products.
- Overseeing teams across the different stages of project delivery by supervising staff.
- Resource management, maximize resource usage, maximize member’s performance.
- Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations.
- Build and maintain engineering culture.
*Qualifications and experience:
- Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the field of information technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a team lead position or higher and 2 years in a technology director or similar role.
