Job Description

1. Nghiên cứu và phát triển, tạo mới và điều chỉnh sản phẩm tín dụng qua việc nghiên cứu và khảo sát tìm hiểu thị trường để nắm bắt nhu cầu và yêu cầu của khách hàng

Researching and developing, innovating, and adjusting credit products through market research and surveys to understand the needs and requirements of customers.

2. Đưa ra đề xuất sản phẩm mới từ những khảo sát, nghiên cứu thị trường và các sản phẩm của các TCTC cùng phân khúc

Providing new product proposals based on market research, surveys, and products of similar segments in the industry.

3. Nghiên cứu, tập hợp các chỉ đạo và ý tưởng sản phẩm mới. Từ đó tính toán đánh giá mức độ khả thi và áp dụng thực hiện.Tim hiểu và xây dựng sản phẩm mới mang tính cạnh tranh và phù hợp với thị trường.

Researching and gathering directives and new product ideas, then evaluating their feasibility and implementing them. Understanding and building new competitive products that are suitable for the market

4. Biên soạn tài liệu và tham gia đào tạo/hướng dẫn, giới thiệu ban đầu sản phẩm mới.

Compiling documents and participating in training/instruction, as well as conducting initial introductions of new products.

5. Xây dựng/tham gia xây dựng, hỗ trợ triển khai chính sách, quy chế, quy định, quy trình liên quan

Building/participating in the development and supporting the implementation of policies, regulations, and procedures related to the job.

6. Phối hợp với Phòng Hỗ trợ kinh doanh lập những chương trình thúc đẩy bán hàng dành cho NVKD cũng như KH

Collaborating with the Sales Support Department to create sales promotion programs for both sales staff and customers

7. Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ bán hàng và giải đáp các vướng mắc của các đơn vị trong hệ thống liên quan đến sản phẩm phụ trách

Providing guidance, support in sales, and addressing any issues for units within the system related to the products under responsibility.

8. Tham gia nghiên cứu, khảo sát nhu cầu sản phẩm tín dụng cá nhân trên thị trường; Tổng hợp, phân tích và đề xuất thiết kế sản phẩm phù hợp kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm tín dụng cá nhân

Participating in researching and surveying the demand for personal credit products in the market. Consolidating, analyzing, and proposing appropriate product designs in accordance with the personal credit product development plan
