Develop Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship Areas
Modify and develop Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship curricula that meet the school’s educational goals and students’ abilities.
Develop a resource library of reference materials that supports teaching and learning.
Oversee Financial Literacy and/or Entrepreneurship Clubs as the main instructor/teacher.
Coordinate and supervise Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship Clubs in alignment with the school’s objectives.
Collaborate with teachers, instructors, or experts to ensure the effectiveness of the clubs.
Foster partnerships with local and overseas organizations to expand and promote the clubs’ activities and projects.
Evaluate project outcomes and provide timely reports.
Develop Charity and Community Projects:
Promote initiatives related to Charity and Community Projects.
Plan project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of project activities according to the established plan.
Establish relationships with outside organizations to promote the projects.
Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to the team (in collaboration with direct manager/supervisor):
Evaluate the feasibility of departmental projects, revise budget planning, and make necessary adjustments.
Monitor the progress of departmental work/projects, holding team members accountable for meeting performance targets, and deliver timely reports.
Conduct regular evaluations to assess progress towards goals and objectives.
Identify talented and suitable personnel to collaborate on extracurricular projects.
Foster a sense of community and inclusivity by encouraging student involvement in ex-curricular activities.
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and inclusive collaboration within the department.
Evaluate project outcomes and provide timely reports.
A Bachelor or higher degree in Business Management or Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, academic administration or educational leadership.
Proven experience in coordinating and managing ex-curricular activities or events, preferably within
Previous experience in operating charity and community projects, events.
Fluent English.
Strong adaptability and versatility.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate events and activities.
