Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
Manage operation equipment and place orders as needed
Assessing MLC facilities regularly and ensure Contacting maintenance in time when needed and repairs are complete
Coordinate with the MLC sport team to ensure that sports fields and equipment are always ready for classes and events at MLC and sports facilities managed by MLC.
Update and coordinate the booking of MLC’s facilities by all parties (within and outside the CISS system). Ensure that the schedules of events and activities at MLC do not overlap
Organize and update files as needed.
Answer phones and emails and conduct essential paperwork.
Compose, prepare, and keep track of all the service contracts, proposals, and other files when necessary.
Supervise to ensure all MLC areas are clean, neat, and well-stocked.
Support and participate in Marketing and Admissions activities as required
Job Requirement
Business Administration University's degree and equivalent required
Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role.
Experience in the customer service field is preferred.
Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
Ability to coordinate multiple schedules.
Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Neat, professional appearance.
Skilled in operations to successfully perform the planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities; organizational solid, prioritizing, and time management.
