Developing ongoing content (written and video), initiatives, and campaigns for our current Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other related social networks) and other web properties with an emphasis on engagement and retention of visitors and fans both new and existing
Developing, promoting and driving positive brand sentiment and marketing strategies, and ultimately online inquiries
Defining the strategy on standards used to create and maintain Social Media content
Creating, updating, and modifying social media and web page content for multiple brands
Monitoring / listening to online conversations within the social web including the competitive landscape
Creating new Social Media initiatives that are industry leading
Acting as a knowledge resource and assists local Developers/SEO specialists in the performance of their duties, including recommendations for making the company’s social media channels and sites more interactive, engaging and user friendly
Creating and maintaining relationships with individuals regarding content specific information (including news stories, initiatives and campaigns)
Other public relations and marketing duties that may require from the line manager
Job Requirement
A Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Journalism, Technical Communication or related field
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with online content production and management of sites
A minimum of 2 years’ experience with professional copy editing
Keyword Research experience and Search Engine Marketing experience
Experience with link building
Working knowledge of Google, Meta, Tiktok and other analytics
Working knowledge of HTML
Blogging and Social Networking experience
Experience with email marketing a plus
Knowledge in video editing and photography are considered an asset.
Knowledge in online campaign building, tracking, optimization, video development, and ROI reporting
Experience managing content for a network of standardized independent web sites and social media
Experience with one or more Internet-centric CMS systems
Experience in large organizations and the interworking of cross-functional groups
Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs Suite, Internet browsers, and Internet operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese are must
Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deliver each on time and on budget
