Job Description

Receive and process files according to the checklist provided by the company.
Tiếp nhận và xử lý hồ sơ theo danh mục checklist do doanh nghiệp cung cấp.
Review and assess the legal documents of the company and related assets in M&A transactions.
Rà soát, thẩm định hồ sơ pháp lý của doanh nghiệp và tài sản liên quan trong các giao dịch M&A.
Prepare evaluation reports and provide professional proposals for M&A transactions.
Lập báo cáo kết quả thẩm định, đưa ra đề xuất chuyên môn chuẩn bị cho giao dịch M&A.
Assess and verify the legality and validity of legal documents related to M&A activities.
Đánh giá và kiểm tra tính hợp pháp, hiệu lực của các tài liệu pháp lý liên quan đến hoạt động M&A.
Participate in negotiation, drafting, and reviewing M&A contracts to ensure legal compliance and company interests.
Tham gia đàm phán, soạn thảo và rà soát các hợp đồng M&A, đảm bảo tính pháp lý và quyền lợi của công ty.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, including financial institutions and consulting firms, to ensure smooth and legal transaction processes.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ và bên ngoài, bao gồm các tổ chức tài chính, đơn vị tư vấn, để đảm bảo quá trình thực hiện giao dịch diễn ra suôn sẻ và tuân thủ pháp luật.
Research and update the latest legal regulations related to M&A, advise on legal risks, and propose solutions.

Manage and store legal documents related to M&A transactions.
Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan đến các giao dịch M&A.
Support the post-M&A process, including the transfer and integration of the business after the transaction is completed.
Hỗ trợ quá trình hậu M&A, bao gồm việc chuyển giao, tích hợp doanh nghiệp sau khi hoàn tất giao dịch.
Perform other M&A-related tasks as requested by superiors.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan đến M&A theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in law.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật.
5-10 years of experience in M&A in financial or investment companies/groups.
Có kinh nghiệm từ 5-10 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực M&A tại các công ty/tập đoàn tài chính, đầu tư.
Skills in reviewing, assessing legal documents, and providing professional proposals.
Kỹ năng rà soát, thẩm định hồ sơ pháp lý và đưa ra đề xuất chuyên môn.
Experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing M&A contracts.
Kinh nghiệm trong việc đàm phán, soạn thảo và rà soát các hợp đồng M&A.
Strong communication, negotiation, and work management skills.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và quản lý công việc tốt.
Knowledge of legal regulations related to M&A and financial markets.
Am hiểu về các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến M&A và thị trường tài chính.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle situations flexibly.
Khả năng làm việc độc lập, chủ động và xử lý tình huống linh hoạt.
