1. Sourcing and Cost Management Airfreight: Building and managing relationships with sub-contractors, monitoring and reporting their performance and compliance. Source supplier costs for freight forwarding activities across various modes of transport.
2.CRM and Sales Support:
Update and maintain tariff sheets for VIP clients. Provide commercial cover for other Commercial Assistants as needed, including rate quotations, follow-ups, and CRM maintenance.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests. Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and other external factors that may impact commercial operations.
4. Develop new target accounts. Assist the local Branch Management in retention of secured business. Develop strong working relationships with procurement, IS & operations team. Develop and maintain personal expertise in selling skills and industry knowledge. To actively complete a new business claim for all newly awarded business.
Job Requirement
