Commercial Analysis - Core Diagnostics (North)

Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• Support field force effectiveness and efficiency in assigned territory via key levers such as Field Force data, KPI and dashboards
• Data Analysis support for internal business discussion.
• Prepare tender data to support manager make decision quicker

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supporting for commercial

• Analyzing the assignment Tender Lists and providing all relative elements to help manager make the decision on proposal of sub-distributor. / Phân tích các Danh mục thầu được phân công và đưa ra tất cả các yếu tố liên quan hỗ trợ quản lý Đỗ ra các quyết định cho đề xuất của Nhà phân phối.
• Responsibility for product technical in Tender List, work closely with respective stakeholders to compile and complete the required Technical information for sub-distributor. / Chịu trách nhiệm về thông tin kỹ thuật sản phẩm trong danh mục thầu, làm việc với các bên liên quan để tổng hợp và hoàn tất Thông tin kỹ thuật sản phẩm cho Nhà phân phối
• Monitor and remind commercial team to collect all documents related to instrument placement such as contract, hand over document, delivery note…
• Monitor contract compliance and highlight to commercial team to improve utilization.
• Supporting for monitor and follow up back-order, legacy product, tender clearance …
• Monitor the progress of forecast and shipment to ensure instrument ship to customer on time.

2. Data Analysis:

• Monitor and ensure data integrity by highlight key different between internal data vs market potential.
• Monitor test count, sales trend to support for analyze IMS sales trend and forecast.
• Collect data support for internal business discussion such as tender quota, SAM

3. Adhoc Reporting and supporting as required by business

• Other on demand for business discussion
• Support and collaborate with product manager to organize workshop or seminar

Job Requirement

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Work Experience

• 1 to 2-year relevant experience role/ business analyst in pharma/ FMCG/ nutrition/ consulting industry
• Preferred: experience in SFE (pharma/nutrition/FMCG/ consulting) and Power BI tools

2. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business/science qualifications or equivalent
