Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain good relationship with customer by:
- Receive and resolve customer inquiries, requests and feedback about the Company's services or products via Call/Email/Chat.
- Understanding the products, business processes company standards to serve customers in the best way.
- Handle and/or co-ordinate with related departments to handle customer complaints effectively and tactfully.
- Join in outbound call projects to learn about customer experience thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
- Soft selling.
Job Requirement
Job Requirements:
- College/University Degree in any field.
- At least 01-year experience related in: Customer Service, Call Center.
- Excellent & clear communication skill.
- Working experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skill.
- Flexible with work schedules/shifts and work arrangements.(Working time: 06:- 15:00 & 14:00 - 23:00, 6 days/week).
