Report to: Acting Head of Content of Digital App Key Accountabilities Manage and ensure all communication materials and creative content being produced by the CDA Department and other functions are compliant with brand standards. Including: Research industry-related topics and write contents, develop the content strategy of the department and maintain that throughout the content calendar.
Maintain consistency in content writing and ensure alignment with the brand standards.
Create various content types (articles, infographics, videos…) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
Conduct Keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
Coordinate with design teams to illustrate articles.
Update content on Hanwha Life+ application daily as needed.
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics, then monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Journalism, Marketing or similar field. Experience:
1-2 years of proven working experience as a Content creator or similar role.
A portfolio of applicable outputs. Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading and editing (Good proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors).
An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces. Fluency in English in addition to the native language. - Good video creating and editing is a plus. Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of content editing tools. An understanding of SEO best practices. Knowledge in Life Insurance is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication skill, both in written and in verbal form. Excellent research, organization and time management
