This position will actively develop and implement the Conmmunication activities, which includes: (1) Manage the development of content for internal communication (2) Manage and optimize company pages; (3) Cordinate and support to organize internal events/employee engagement programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the development of content, including newsletter/weekly news, scripting video, fanpage post, tiktok post… for internal communication channels.
Coordinate and handle the Wanek videos, including scripting preparation and subtitle as well, casting talents (if needed) & filming schedule arrangement.
Manage and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content, including writing and editing social media posts, improving employee engagement. Communicating with followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging appropriate trends in social media.
Cordinate and support to organize internal events/employee engagement programs.
Implement the communication package such as design ecard, make short video to promote internal activities...
Develop and manage the internal communication channels, including but not limited to newsletter, TV system, website, fanpage and online platforms.
Follow up; and update daily & weekly works in Communication calendar to make sure the team is on the timeline tracking.
Other tasks are assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement
1. Education: ▪ Required – Bachelor or above specializing in personnel management or relative management. 2. Experience: ▪ At least 2 years experience in personnel, having practical experiences in executing communication activities. 3. Requirements The individual must conform to the following qualifications: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. ▪ Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. ▪ Ability to make video by PPT, movie maker, cap cut... ▪ Background or experience in Graphic design is a plus. ▪ Good communication in the internal and external. ▪ Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability. ▪ Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a team and sometimes under high pressure with tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. ▪ Good English speaking and writing. ▪ Proficient in use of computer applications related to the tasks. ▪ Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
