Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Crafting press releases to communicate key messages and announcements.
- Planning social media/digital marketing campaigns, including organic and advertising channel.
- Maintaining Brand’s social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns
- Work with the internal team and external teams in programs to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
- Identify trends and insights’ target customers and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with agencies, KOL, community.
- Ability to write contents in reflecting brand’s DNA and trends on social media
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to marketing initiatives, budgets, and contracts.

Qualification:
- A university degree or higher
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate various situations effectively.
- Administration and organization skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
