Contract preparation:
- Negotiating payment conditions & other necessary conditions if lacking in bidding process.
- Finalizing contract with contractors & proceeding until getting signed one.
- Following contract execution in line with duration in contract.
- Proposing completion or extension of contract up to actual progress/project conditions.
Payment preparation:
- Checking eligibility/conditions for each payment claim in line with contract conditions and actual work execution.
- Reviewing and confirming soft file of payment documents.
- Preparing full payment documents (confirmation of interim payment, work done confirmation for work item, payment claim, acceptance minutes…)
- Processing hard copies between contractors & project owner.
Cost monitoring:
- Coordinating with Owner to complete payments to Contractors.
- Updating all payments from Owner to Contractors and manage Cost monitoring files for all projects.
- Estimating the upcoming contract/payment to be arisen.
- Doing translation works if required.
- Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Educational background
- Relevant degree in majors: English literature, Economics, Business Administration, or Law...
Experiences
- Have experience in construction field is a must; At least 2 years in the same position.
- Be able to work efficiently and manage one’s own time.
Skills required
- Good communication & problem-solving skills.
- Good memorizing skills and tracking up issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office, office equipment.
- English level: Good.
- Willing to contribute into our company for a long term.
