Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate and timely creation of new items on the various computer systems.
• Maintenance of required items on various computer systems.
• Responsible for the Accuracy of the MFG-Pro Database in respect to Item Master and Costs.
• Other Administrative Duties associated with the Costing Department.

RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY

• Reporting to the Costing Systems Manager, as part of the Group Commercial and Technology Team.
• Close working relationship to Estimating team and the Local and Overseas Production Services Departments
• Close working relationship with Local and Overseas Sales and Customer services Teams
• Close working relationship with Launchpad teams.

Job Requirement

• Excellent Data Entry Accuracy and Speed Skills.
• Excellent English Comprehension (Written and Spoken)
• Excellent Numeracy Skills
• Strong Computing Skills, specifically Excel and Microsoft Suite of Products
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Good Time Management Skills, ability to self manage workload to meet business timelines.
• Experience in a Factory Environment within Estimating, Planning, or Supervision would be highly regarded.
• Chinese or Indonesia Language skills would be considered favourably.
