Update and refine brand guidelines based on design trends and market feedback.
4. Supervision of Creative Materials Production:
Ensure all creative materials (images, videos, designs, digital content) align with brand strategy.
Work with studios, production houses, and agencies to ensure high creative and technical standards.
Oversee quality control and campaign timelines for creative projects.
5. Team Development & Training:
Recruit, build, and manage an internal creative team, including designers, video editors, and content creators.
Train and inspire the team, fostering a culture of continuous creative improvement.
Establish optimal workflows to ensure an efficient and effective creative team.
Job Requirement
1. Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Creative, Art Direction, Digital Marketing, or Branding, with at least 3 years in a creative leadership role.
2. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills:
Strong creative thinking and the ability to turn ideas into tangible outputs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
Experience in multimedia content development (video, images, podcasts, digital ads).
Understanding of packaging design, POSM, branding, and visual storytelling.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and creative content optimization for high ROI.
Experience collaborating with agencies and production houses for video and image production.
4. Soft Skills:
Leadership and team inspiration to manage and develop a creative team.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong English skills are an advantage.
