· Offer strategic direction and guidance for the development of creative assets on all marketing touchpoints, including social media, website, POSM, direct communication…
· Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive brand awareness and engagement.
· Create an engaging content strategy and plan, with a focus on social media content strategy and plans for key platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on driving effective customer engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
· Lead the content creation process, including brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, and overseeing production.
· Oversee graphic design and video production efforts, ensuring that all creative assets correspond to DAFC standards, resonate with our target audiences and effectively communicate our brand message.
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, content creation, and design, and incorporate innovative ideas into our creative campaigns.
1. Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on marketing campaign development and content creation.
· Proficiency in AI and advanced content/design creation tools, such as ChatGPT, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
· Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and develop successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform creative strategies.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
