1. Order Processing Management (60%)
Responsible for order processing to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) on online platforms by collaborating with Logistics, Warehouse and last-mile delivery providers.
Work with the Merchandise department to manage stock level, SKUs listed on online platforms.
Work with the Customer Service department to resolve customer inquiries and tickers relates to orders issues, product quality, online policies, transportation matters, etc.
2. Online Store Operation (25%)
In charge of setting up pricing, promotion, banners on marketplaces in accordance with established guidelines.
Work with Account Manager of marketplaces platform to implement related store operation tasks
3. Supporting task (15%)
Collaborate with stores to monitor Click and Collect orders, ensuring timely processing, handling returns and refunds, and generating reports.
Assist the Marketplaces team with administrative tasks related to livestream activities, partnerships.
Experience in livestream commerce is preferred
