Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards regarding the Healthcare or other Employee benefits (EB) insurance products, including but not limited to: • Handle New/Renewal (design quotation, work with insurers, negotiate with market, provide solutions to sales, making comparison and proposal) • Provide consultation to clients regarding benefits and/or claims • Handle client’s claims (Advise documents, negotiate with Insurer and TPA, follow up and support client to collect missing documents, communicate with Medical facilities to clarify information if necessary, etc.) • Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings. • Participate in meeting with clients upon requests. • Build up and strengthen relationship with insurance partners. • Coach and train junior staffs regularly. • Handle internal reports, record revenue and collect brokerage. • Prepare insurance handbook, claim guideline for clients. • Provide seminar or workshops to clients. • Handle correspondence, and coordinate with Manager to response to clients. • Filing & documentation. • Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree or above in any fields. • Experience in insurance for at least 02 year. • English fluency. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Hard working, careful & be an active learner. • Good communication & time management skills.
