Communicate with client to clarify test query & follow up
- Receive sample, register job in system, propose corrected template test report, receive test results include raw data from technical team, print report hard copy and send them to client.
- Control order files both scanned file and hard copy.
- Co-operate with technical team for controlling sample retention and sample disposal
- Check client payment status (contract or in advance) include debt, updated report release status
- Subcontract order logistic
- Handle client inquiries (collect info from related team), revised report as client request and internal query on order status
- Make orders for necessary products and materials, communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and verify that ordered items meet laboratory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory, evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts and develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, receive chemicals, consumables or spare parts from suppliers and label chemicals correctly.
- Receive invoices and prepare documents corresponding purchase order (PO) to send to accounting department and follow payment procedures for suppliers
- To ensure 5S in saving close file & e-filling, document after completing the jobs
- Undertake any other duties when deemed as appropriate by CS Lab Supervisor (or higher level)
- College graduation or above
- English at least level B1 or equivalent
- Good communication skill
- Good typing and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
