Summary:
The duty is supporting the Commercial Team in Managing and Controlling Sale Orders, coordinate with other departments for company Business running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sale Order (SO)
- Manage and Control the Inventory data, the Sale Orders
- Receipt the orders from Customers/ Sale team, checking, following to delivery on time and properly to Customers.
- Checking and following the Quotation, Sale contracts, Delivery Schedule with Customers, Sale Team, warehouse team, Finance team
- Following and making Reports if requested
2. Support sales:
- Support to solve all related problems on goods delivery for customer.
- Coordinate with sales team, procurement team, warehouse, finance team, to follow event, promotion, claim, payment, after sales service for customers.
- Manage and Control the Inventory data with PO and Warehouse team to update for Sale-team accordingly.
3. Knowledge and Experience on Planning and Purchasing is an advantage:
- Support and Co-operate with the Sale-team, Planning team to follow and manage Demand Forecast if required.
- Support and co-operate with the PO- Import team in export procedure if required.
4. Other tasks assigned by Commercial Team
