Customer Service

Job Description

1. Handle daily orders and communicate with customers
2. Coordinate with the warehouse and arrange shipping tasks reasonably
3. Conduct follow-up visits to customers and assist the business department manager in completing customer satisfaction surveys
4. Statistics on sales completion and customer payment status
5. Deal with customer complaints

Job Requirement

1. Language: Fluent Chinese Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing, Fluent English is also preferred

2. Education Background: College degree or above

3. Other Requirements:

a) Have good service awareness and skills, as well as good communication and adaptability abilities
b) Experienced in customer service position is peferred
c) Work under certain pressure and maintain a good work attitude
d) Serious, responsible, team oriented, responsible, and proactive in work
e) Proficient in using office software
